Job Overview:
Process invoices accurately, ensure timely billing for customers, and support smooth financial transactions for automotive spare parts distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices accurately for automotive spare parts distribution.
  • Verify and cross-check invoice details with purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and invoices in the system.
  • Provide regular billing and payment reports to the management team.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing concerns with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with applicable tax regulations, such as GST or other local tax requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, billing software, and accounting principles.
  • Proven experience as a Billing Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
